  Required System Effects:: External systems must change in very specific ways if they are going to play their role in realizing a Future Picture. External systems are divided into four components to simplify working with them: Scope; Excitement; Technology, and Socio-Political. By referring to your Future Picture, you can calculate exactly what each of these components must be at the Future Picture Horizon. First video basic briefly reviews the concept of Required System Effects and introduces the methodology to work through its component parts and the remaining four video address the details of Scope, Excitement, Technology, and Socio Political respectively.
